10 HBCUs place in the top 50 most beautiful college campuses
When deciding where to apply for college, there are many important factors to consider like cost, difficulty, offer of majors, distance from home and so on. But the campus can determine your environment, resources nearby and even how much fun you have. Cosmopolitan magazine recently listed the top 50 most beautiful college campuses in the United States.
While spots one, two and three are main stream universities, Syracuse University of New York, University of Pennsylvania, and Christopher Newport university in Virginia, HBCUs made a strong showing on the list.

The home by the sea, Hampton University in Virginia places 12 on the list, being surrounded by water on three sides.
Fisk University in Nashville holds the number 18 spot as a campus that has a family vibe, it was designated as a National Historic District in recognition of its architectural historic and cultural significance.
